How do I retrieve archived mail?

I am lokoing throught he help here in my Notes Client, but can’t seem to find the correct procedure as to how to retrieve mail that has been archived. I click Tools. then Archive but am unable to get the archive database I created this morning to open up. I saved the archive database on my hardrive, and I know it is here.

I must be missing a step somewhere here. Any help or idea would be appreciated.
