How do I hide info?

I was asked to develop a database for capturing user feedback surveys. On initial launch, only one person should be able to see the view. Other users should be able to create a document with their feedback and save it. I have no training on Notes development, just self taught.

Can anyone tell me a simple way to hide the view from all but one user?

Is there a way I can automatically open a new document when all other users open the database? If not, if I can hide the view, I think it will be okay.

All ideas are appreciated.

That is the sort of application where most users should be given Depositor access. That will allow them to open a form from the database and create a document, but that’s it. They won’t be able to see anything else.
