How do I enable automatic login for Notes 8.0.1

I have single signon installed but Notes 8.0.1 always asks for my password. How can I automate my login?

Subject: Restart restart restart

We had the same issue, and what we did was the following:

  • Go to preferences, and disable single sign-on. Restart the client

  • Go back to preferences, and enable single sign-on. Restart the computer.

Should now be working.

Subject: Check windows Event Viewer

Check the Event Viewer system log for Lotus Notes Network Provider or Lotus Notes Single Logon events. Check that the service is running - look in the user security dialog to see if “Log on using operating system password” is checked.
