During Notes Client Application setup, the new install is trying to pull an old expired ID file from the NAB instead of the local ID. Can’t find a way around it and a solution was mentioned to delete the ID file from the NAB. Tried this, but the NAB is not letting me. Is it possible and, if so, how do I do this?

Why are you storing the ID in the NAB anyway?. This is a bad security vulnerability, espcially if all IDs have the same default passowrd (which I have seen happen way too many times).

Never mind, found that the delete key on the keyboard did the trick. Was trying to delete the file without selecting it, or right clicking on it which didn’t provide a delete option.
