i have a problem to combine two calendar which is from two email from two different organizations. Can anyone help me?

Are you trying to merge an old one onto a new one, or trying to combine two that are both live and will continue to be updated?
If you are trying to merge an old one into a new one, all you need to do is copy/paste all the existing calendar documents into the new one. This requires you to have an ID with access to both.
To combine two live ones… There are third-party applications to do this. You could set up the domains to see each other and then set up a group calendar. You could set up an agent that would read one calendar and then copy or send the information to the other one.
