How do I change the default number of rows shown in a view in the 8.5 discussion template?

I just started using a new database based on the 8.5 discussion template, and noticed that by default, each page only shows 10 rows in the view. I would like to make that higher, like 50. I cannot seem to figure out where that setting would be stored.
