We want to change color (text or background) of the selected row in Lotus Notes 9.0.1 (e-Mail) by Agent witch will be in Action Menu (it does not matter whether it will be implemented in Lotus Script or with simple action).
In the Action menu shall be a selection of different colors (red, blue, green) where the user can choose.
The modified color attribute should be added to the e-mail, to allow all users with access to the common mailbox to see the same text- or background color.
This mailbox is only over the Notes Client available. No iNotes or cellphone. The department which take care of that mailbox are 10 people who are tech-savvy.
Its like the feature “sender colors” (https://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/notestipsblog.nsf/dx/using-sender-colors-to-manage-your-email) but not by sender, but rather only at the selected row.
All advisor of one joint departmental mailbox should categorize the incoming e-mails for theirs assignment.
