Is there a connection between a server’s holidays (admin client - config tab - misc - holidays) and the availability of rooms and resources in the Resource Reservations database? We have users that make reservations on holidays marked as Busy - how can we make it so they can’t? The rooms and resources should be available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day with the exception of holidays.
Subject: No connection
The Holidays defined in the NAB are just defined sets that can be used and expanded on as each customer sees fit. The dates in the different holidays in each set are not connected to anything in any dB.
They only get pushed to a users Calendar if they select More / Import Holidays… from the Calendar’s Action Bar and only the set chosen gets imported / updated.
For R&R, there is no option to do this. Ill take the feedback back to the team though. Thanks.
