I’m trying to figure out how I can display more than one inbox on the same page. I have my own personal email account and another general email account for a group of operators. IE when I open my inbox I want it to display all my messages and folders, but in a separate frame below that to show the general account’s inbox and folders. I know it can be done as I have seen it. Have tried dragging the general account inbox tab to my own but doesn’t allow me to drop it there.Kinda new to lotus after years of using outlook.
Can anyone offer some helpful advise
Thanks
David
Subject: How can I view 2 inboxes on one page
Hi David,You can do it easily enough.
If you open the database you want to use in Domino Designer (I’d say use a different database than either of the mail files tehmselves). Add a frameset, with the layout you require, and in each frame open the properties box, and choose Type “Named Element” “Frameset” and Value “MailFS”.
Then click on the formula option for the settings (“@” symbol button) and put in the database name in the middle section, this is formula so put inverted commas around it.
And there you should have your 2 inboxes in one window. All the actions then should work from each individual database.
Hope this helps,
Brian

Or, more simply, customise your Welcome page to show both Inboxes.
