Hello all,
In our organisation, we use iNotes web access to login to Domino. Users use either there Common Name, Full hierarchical, Short Name and there internet password to login.
Please is it possible to use only the short name and the password to login instead of allowing the other names.

As long as you have a copy of the shortname value in the User Name field you can have anything you want. R6 looks at the username field when it does authenication. The work is really up the administrator because the new user process will not ‘copy’ the shortname value and append the value to the Username field.
You can create a script to check to make sure that standard is follow.
