How can I update NABS for all users?

How can I update the template of all the NAB’s on my server?

I found that I can update via the notes.ini file if I put in this line “TemplateSetup=0” although I have not found a way to do this via a policy…

If I do put it in “Desktop policy - Custom Settings - notes.ini” then it puts an unwanted $ in front of the line…

further info… clients name and address books are in the a folder on D:\Users"name of user"\Lotus\Notes\Data.

I also understand that this can be incorporated into the mail file as of 8.5 but for other reasons we are not ready to do so…

Subject: Confused.

I think you’re asking how to update design of local address books but your question says they’re on the server? If the latter, a simple load convert databasename.nsf * newtemplate.ntf will do it.

Sorry I am not very good at explaining myself when it comes to notes…

It is their local NABS and it is on the server. We have there local data mapped to a folder that is on the notes server…

so when i said D:\ before it is D:\ on the notes server (same drive that domino is installed to) but all the names.nsf files are all in separate folders named after the user…
