How can I see only the latest document which i entered thru the form

Hello frens, Please solve my problem .I was trying this from a long time but i was unable to solve.I want to see the latest document from the view only the latest document .Jack told me how to do this but again the same problem when I’m using like http://www.10-lotus.com/nd6forum.nsf/Openview/$first then I’m able to see only the first document which i had created everytime I want to see evrytime the last document which i inserted…Can anyone tell me it’s very urgent .Please solve my problem .Any help wud be highly appreciated.

Hi Kanishka

That method should work ok. You must make sure that the view’s first column is a date column, with a formula such as @Created AND that is being sorted in “Descending order” (the latest document to be displayed at the top, the first doc to be displayed at the bottom).
