if you mean you want to select antoher tab with LS : its all in the help → search for ‘programmable tables’
if you mean : changing the text on the tab → I don’t think that’s possible.

As Joris De Geyndt says, if you mean switching to a tabbed table, that is a matter for programmable tables. If you have a tabbed table in a design element, and want to change it manually, you go to the table properties and change the tab label as shown below. If you need to do this programmatically on a rich text field or on a design stored in a form, you would need a third party product such as our Midas Rich Text LSX, which would let you do this quite easily.
