How can I bulk add members of a group into my address book?

Hi everyone,

We’ve recently had the type-ahead feature disabled on our notes clients.

Is there an easy way to add all the members of a group to your local address book? I can only seem to add individual members of a group which isn’t much use when the group has a lot of members.

If your company offers it, your best option is add a copy of the Mobile Directory to your PC and set your Notes client to search.

Another workaround would be to create a local replica of your company’s Domino Directory and add it as a cascaded address book in your Notes client preferences. The Mobile Directory is a condensed version of the full directory and as such smaller and quicker to update.

In either case your local IT group should be able to help you get one of those options done successfully.
