How can copy the Prevent copy message

Dear all,

Could you pls help me how to copy content of the message that the sender check the prevent copy box.

Hi,

the only way I know is to make a screen-shot. (PrtSc-Key)

This way wou will get the content only as a picture :-((

An other option would be to “turn off” the “prevent copy” functionality.

To do this you have to delete the field “$KeepPrivate”.

The easiest way for a user is to:

  1. In the Body of the mail ctreate a new “Button” (Create >Hotspot > Button)

  2. Write the Formula “FIELD $KeepPrivate :=@DeleteField;”

  3. Hit the button once.

  4. Save the document.

  5. Open it again and the functionality is gone :-))
