Notes client: Is there a script available to display text when the mouse cursor is over the action button? It’s like the pops up in the Tool bar settings of a notes client.

First, that’s a web response when the question asked about the Notes client. Second, the code uses document.all, which is a Microsoft-only construct. The only excuse for using document.all, ever, is if your target browser is IE4. IE5, IE5.5 and IE6 can all use the exact same code as Netscape/Mozilla, Opera, Safari/Konqueror and all other standards-compliant current browsers.
