Hotspot

A user is sent a Hotspot link to a folder and when he tries to open it he gets a message

The current browser does not support displaying of a directory.

The directory is definitely there and I can open it through Windows Explorer and using the same hotspot link.

Any help appreciated.

I’d check access rights for the user in the directory.

Thanks for the response.

I checked that already and it all seems to bi in order. User can access that folder by going through Windows Explorer but not by clicking on the hotspot link.
