Ok, I’m confused. I wanted to host serveral internal websites using Internet Site Documents. However, eventually, I discovered that the organization fields in those documents must refer to a registered Host Org. However, I am unable to create a Host Org as that option is greyed out in the Domino Administration client. Does any body have any idea why this is?

They only “must” refer to registered hosted orgs if you’re actually running in xSP mode. Otherwise they can be just descriptive names. This is documented in the help.
