I have a user who has a customized home page. When he clicks on the inbox link to allow him to see the full inbox, it opens, but doesn’t show his email. It just has a gray box where the email should be. When he clicks the inbox icon on the left, it opens fine. I tried to duplicate the problem on my client, but it works fine. Anyone have a thought on this?

Subject: some things to try
Check to make sure the Server and Filename of his mail file are accurate, in his current location.
You can also try replacing design of his mail file, using the local Mail template in his Data directory.
