hi all, i don’t know how dumb this question would be but here goes;
how do you hold all messages (but “one”) in the server to give way to this “one” more improtant outgoing mail… this happened to me several time already (e.g. queued up is a broadcast mail but at the bottom is the more important [emergency] mail).
Subject: hold important outgoing message
Look in the messaging configuration document for the settings concerning message priority. The priority is set by the user, under Delivery Options. Educate your users on how to set the proper priority, and then enabled priority-based delivery settings as desired.
Alternately, for a one-time thing, you could cut the less-important messages from the mail.box into another database until the high-priority message is sent, then paste them back.
