When pressing the buttom below file calles OPEN, a list comes up same as you can “dock the list” here the is a buttom called “HISTORY” how can you clear this list ?

Not easily. There’s a hidden view in bookmarks.nsf called (History) - You can clear that out if its really necessary, but there’s no up-front way to do it that I’m aware of.
