History field

I have a form with a action to send message (mail). If mail was sent, action should be marked on history-field. Is this possible only by agent? And how can I do that…? Database is used via client, not web.Any hints would help me :slight_smile:

You can program what you want in an action. This can be either LS or @Formula. You do not need to create an Agent for this.

ok good thank you for quik response! Action is working so that it automatically puts the recipient-field value to the messages to-field.

So how can i put a flag to this? I’m using @Formulas
