I am confused… In the view properties on the “Colors” folder I choose unread rows to be displaied in red… and they are not… what am I doing wrong?

Make sure the database tracks unread documents - first option in the last tab of the Database Proporties.
If that’s okay, try using the key while a document is highlighted - that will toggle the unread status.

I am not sure what do you mean about key… The properties of the db are fine - the box is un-checked.

The insert key on your keyboard will (in the Notes Client) toggle a document between being Read and Unread.
If your view is working, you should see the color change in the view.

when i use while in the view the color doesn’t change, but the status bar at the buttom of the screen says “You have 41 unread documents”… I still to to see unread docs right away…
