High importance button

Hi All

I have a user on a R6 template, up until yesterday they had an option to click on for High Importance on a new meno but this option has now disappeared. I have refreshed and replaced the design of the mailbox but nothing has changed, I know you can set this in a new meno under Actions - Delivery Options but the user wants it back the way had it. Can anyone shed any light on this issue.

Noel - there is a tiny action button in the right side of action bar which shows couple of arrows facing down, click that and the buttons will reappear
