We have a long standing domino directory with flat groups. I want to create (upgrade) groups to be hierarchical because the flat groups are causing issues with websphere federated directories. I would love to know how to do this. Naming a group GroupName/IBM causes a warning about using slashes in group names. What is the right way to go about this?

You may use a forward slach (/) to give the group name a hierarchical format, but by default in Domino, group names have a flat name. To use a forward slash, surround it in double quotes, like “/”.
