I would like to know how to hide a group while having external email receiving capabilities.
Subject: document properties
Look at the document properties for the group in the directory. The security tab lets you change who can see the group. If you make sure the servers can see it (and the admins of course), external mail will work but you can prevent anyone else seeing it
