i have ten rows in my table in that i have a number fields . if any of that field have value <=20 a notification will go to a user . otherwise it will be in hidden form .
for that notification field i have written formula
field1>="21 | field2>=“21” | field3>=“21”…| field10>=“21” but its not working proeprly what is wrong in this formula

It may be just typo’s, but you have:field1>="21 (starting quote but no ending quote)
And why do you have quotes at all? Didn’t you say these were numbers?

Your formula should be
field1>=21 & field2>=21 & field3>=21…& field10>=21
because your current field will hide if any of the values are greater or equal to 21, and you want it to hide if all of the values are greater or equal to 21. Also, you had quotes, which you should not for numeric fields. Alternatively, you could have
!(field1< 21 | field2 < 21 | field3 < 21…| field10 <21)
which would have the same basic meaning.
