Hide text field does not get hidden

Have tried hiding text field by selecting all the checkboxes in the hide tab, but still cannot get it to hide.

Do you have it on a line where something else isn’t hidden? That might be your problem.

Yes I tried inserting newline in between and it worked. Thanks

text field, or rich text? Rich Text can’t be hidden (from my experience!)

Do you have it on a line where something else isn’t hidden? That might be your problem.I have a subform which has a table consisting of 5 controls below which is this text field. Yes I am not hiding those controls in the table.

You are launching it to the notes client and seeing it there? Have you saved the form?

Yes it did launch it to the notes client and yes have saved the form.

text field, or rich text? Rich Text can’t be hidden (from my experience!)
