Hi there,Is there a way to have a person in the domino directory but have them be hidden from the server address book people see/use on their notes clients? (including type-ahead/down features)

I believe you can get document properties on the person document in the Domino Directory. Select the security tab (key icon). Then turn off the “All readers and above” checkbox. Then set who can read accordingly in the box below. Obviously your servers need to be able to read this document. Don’t forget to include them.

Get the properties up and look at the security tab. You can remove the ability for people to see the user, so they won’t appear on type-aheads. Make sure the servers can see them (and the admins)
