I have 2 users we need to remove from address book for political reasons but we need the emails to still be sent to the mail box
So what we would need is to hide the names from the look-up of users but leave mail from outsideon the server to be able to send the messages to the mail file
Has anyone ever done something like this before ?

hi Stephane,
haven’t done it myself, but a good guess would be that you can use a readers field on those two person documents, using the server name (or applicable server group) to allow the server to “find” the correct mailboxes while preventing normal users (not in the readers field) from seing it.
Just an idea…
