Hide NAB Entry

Hi,Just a quick query… is it possible to hide an entry in the NAB but still have it so mail can be delivered to the database if it is a member of a group?

I tried editing the Reader field… it did hide the entry but I then had problems sending mail to it via a group… Basically thought it didnt exist

Thanks for any pointers, help, you can give me

Look in the knowledge for the words : hide and group and send

you need to give your servers access to see the group

The group the database is in has All Readers And Above selected. When I cut back on the readers for the Database, it restricts the use of/ability to send to the database (as well as hiding) rather than only hiding its entry in the NAB

A butchers way around it…the entry for the database I modified the Reader access to just servers and Admin.

I then created a second entry in the address book for the database, its name unrelated to the database(kinda hints though), but pointing to the database.

This second entry I added to the group membership.

So people can only email the database via the group - unless someone tells em the name of the second address book entry, and i aint telling anyone!
