Hide folders

Hi all,I have a user that needs to hide the folders in his inbox. As his his mail file is open so that Public Documents can be read, so that his calendar is open to view by all. However this includes users being to open his mail file (although not see mail). With this, it also include users being able to see his folders. This presents a problem for him as the folders are named as such that they reveal confident projects he is working on.

I know that you can create the folder in () to hide it. e.g. (folder name). However if he does this, he cannot see the folder.

Is it possible to hide the folders (and a private folder is not an option) so that he can see them?

Or if we do create them as (folder name), how does he then view and save emails to them?

Subject: Hide folders

Change the READERS and Authors field in the folder design and see if that has the desired effect.

The other thing would be to try and use the TOOLS > PREFERENCES > Delegation and Controls to allow users to view their calendar. ie change it to Calendar only.
