Hi,

Is there any way which will allows you to hide field properties or other data from the DocProperties box for Lotus Notes R6.5 or higher

You can either hide the design of a database which will stop all fields displaying in the document properties or encrypt individual fields to stop just those appearing.

You can hide the design of the database. That is not a complete solution, though, since a user can copy a document to a different database and view the field list there, so you’d also have to prohibit replication, copying and printing.
