Hello,I’ve created a leave application. In this leave application I have created a view showing leave by employee name where the employee can only view his leave documents and the manager can see his employees documents (requests) and the HR can see all.
I’ve done that using Readers field in Leave Form.
My problem is, when a user open that view (leave by employee name view) he can view his forms as well as the path and the category for others forms but without documents, just the hierarchy of their document (such as employee name - approved - annual) without the document.
My question is, how to hide the category or the hierarchy of other employees document, and display only the current user’s data.

Try to check the opton “Don’t sho empty categoris” in the third “solapa” (colors) in the view properties.
If that doesn’t run, I use this workarround:
Create a page. Insert in it the view you wantto show. In the Objets of the view, activate “show only one category”, and put in it @name8[cn]; @username).
Or use a form instead a page, put a field computed with this formula: @name([cn]; @username), and then the view with the nme of the field in the “show only one category”.
