We have a database that has been in production for quite some time. Several forms have houskeeping files with a hide when formula of:!@Contains(@UserRoles; “[developer]”)
and it performs as expected hiding the fields from those without the [developer] role.
Recently I copied the database to make a varient of it. In the copied database these fields are hidden from everyone including those with the role.
I tried a number of things with no success:
compact
changes to ACL
another copy
change it to .ntf
Unchecking the hide when makes them show up but hiding again hides them from everyone. Other hide formulas work fine the only ones that fail use roles.
