Please, I Need Help with a mood stamp issue, well I Think its a mood stamp. I have this user who when she recieves an email from just this one person it display’s a Blue Sad Face icon in the inbox. This icon is where notes would display the red exclamation icon if the message had been set as important. There isnt a agent in the Domino for this and she has no " Rules " Created for this. Searched IBM.com and found a few things but none that answers why this Blue Sad Face icon is being displayed. The Icon number is 87.

I’ve never seen a mood stamp in a inbox, so I checked the design in a 6.5.3 template. There they have hard-coded which icons are displayed in this column. No number 87 found. I don’t think this has changed with R7.So I would try it by refreshing her mail file’s design with your company’s mail template.

Thank You Marco for your responce, Replacing the Design was one of the Things we have tried for this issue. This still did not stop that Icon from showing up. The one thing that we did do that seems to work for now is we created a Rule. With e-mail open clicked on Tools > Allow mail From Sender, and pressdo Little sad face icon no longer shows up. Strange cause there were No rules created to Block this sender ( User had No Rules until now ) I find it Strange but the icon is gone. User is happy for now.
