HELP! with inotes6 please

I need a problem, I have 2 users who check their mail through domino web access one of them have OS XP and the other one Vista, they have template inotes6, well the problem is, when they want to reply or just give forward, in the area where they can put their message, this specific area appear disabled just with a red “x” in ther corner

It’s important to mention than I can’t modify code or something into the template, I have no permissions, so give me ideas, help!

  1. Does the problem occur if the XP User uses a different workstation?2. What Web Browser is the XP User using? Internet Explorer 6/7? Mozilla Firefox?

ok actually, this user have SO windows vista and his internet explorer is version 7, well I’m not sure but I guess vista is not supported by inotes6 right?

You’re very-much welcome Alix! For DWA 6 releases, Vista is supported with the Domino 6.5.6 fix pack 1 server., but you’ll need a fix for that:

Answer

Support for Windows Vista with Domino Web Access 8.x began in Domino 8.0.

Support for Windows Vista with Domino Web Access 7.x began in Domino 7.0.3.

For Domino Web Access 6.x, Windows Vista is supported with Domino 6.5.6 Fix Pack 1,2, and 3 and a fix available via the document I provided above.:
