Hi…
One of user is not able open help window from his webmail.When he clicks on the “Help” available in the Select Address dialog box clicked from new memo “To” button,it opens Domino Web Access Script Error Report dialog box and contains the following information.
'Ny’is null or not an object
and some other information also
This happens only the user’s IE and Mozilla browsers. If the user opens his web mail in some other machine, it’s not appearing.
