I am trying to get DOLS to install correctly on a remote client. In order for this to happen I need to set up an offline security document on the server which determines where a users Notes ID is looked up from. This security document is for a particular Domain/Organisational Unit (eg. “/Lotus”).
My problem comes when my users try to install the DOLS subscription I get the message that “no security document can be found” for each user as it does not recognise them as part of the domain (ie. a user is recoginised as “Peter Stoney” as opposed to “Peter Stoney/Lotus”).
Can anyone tell me how I can get Domino to recognise users as part of a domain? Or someone who has had similar problems?
