Help urgent how to export to excel the PAB

Hi,

I want to export urgently the Personnal address book which contain about 2000 contacts, and the fields of each contact are differently entered. I mean some contacts have:

firstname, lastname, cellphone number, address

and some other just:

firstname, lastname, address

and some other:

firstname, lastname, cellphone number, address, and category entered.

So I have to export all the fields.

I would like to have on the head of the excel file the titles which contain the name of the fields…
