HELP!Registering a user to NAB other than names.nsf

Hi,I want to register a user to a NAB other than names.nsf I have tried creating a new NAB names1.nsf and addig a line

NAMES=names1.nsf, but stiill when i register a user it is registered to names.nsf and not names1.nsf. I would like to no is there any setting that might help me to do this.

Please help if any one know how to do this.

That won’t work - names.nsf must alway be the first address book the Domino server sees, as that contains all of the configuration information for a server.

If you want users to be in a separate address book, for whatever reason, then register them in names.nsf and configure a cascaded address book with Directory Assistance. After restarting the server, you can move them to another configured address book.

Hi Greg,I am quite unsure about how to configure a cascaded address book with Directory Assistance. Can you please help by explaining the steps or providing some link so that i can try it.
