I’m setting the rule to journal the mail messagges, i do everything well but the problem is that my serve speaks english and my client italian.i’ll do an example:
if i set rule in this way “when subject is not prova” " journal the message"…when i go to see in mail journaling i see my mail with oggetto prova journaled…oggetto is the italian translation for subject, and in the column of subject i can’t see anything!!!
may you help me??? Please is very important!

Hello Marina,
You aren't seeing the Subject in the view probably because it is being encrypted, not due to a language problem. To fix this in your journalling configuration go to the parameter which is listed below:
Field encryption exclusion list:
Form; From; Principal; PostedDate; Body
Add Subject to the end:
Field encryption exclusion list:
Form; From; Principal; PostedDate; Body;Subject
When the new configuration is picked up, the Subjects won’t be encrypted and you will be able to see your oggettos!
