Help Please: Declaring users to be approvers but allow for changes to be made

Hi all,

I need to send an email to two approvers.

I have created a form that allows for things to be configurable. So far on the form I have a Names field that allows the users to select from users from the adress book to be the assigned approvers.

How do I get it so that I can set it to 2 assigned ppl and not having to keep going back to the form and selecting the same ppl over and over again?

I do need it so these assigned users can be changed to other members of staff if needed which is why i created the form to allow configurations to take place.

It would be far easier if the assigned users are already declared on the configuration form, and if/when changes need to be made these can be done by making the changes on the form and saving them.

Whenever I need to have people defined in apps, I use either profile docs or a matched form/view used to define people who need to do a specific function. I then allow somebody who cares to have control of the profile doc or form/view (that way I’m not the one who needs to keep the lists up to date).
