Hi i have this problem and i urgently needed help. i am having this problem that the boss issue me. the thing is i know nothing about lotus. i have already design the form but still dunno how to add source code to it. the form has got some infomation to fill in. The important part is this form required 3 person to verified (sign). The first person is name as pRequestor after he verified it will pass to thensecond person pSectionHead and after the 2nd person who verified it will pass to the 3rd person pHeadLogistic. Does anyone know how to do this auto forwarding email?
Create Table with three rows after the field content of the form. I guess you might be having these three fields in your form for eg. as “Requestor”, “Supervisor” & “Manager”.
In first column, have three labels “Requestor”, “Supervisor” & “Manager” in each row.
Create an Accept button for those three roles in the Second column and Create Reject Button for those three roles in the Third column.
Have Hidewhen condition for each of three rows so that corresponding row only will be displayed depends on the role who opens the document. All other non-related rows will be hidden. The formula you can use to hidden is:
Now write code in such a way that, each accept and reject buttons updates corresponding hidden fields like ReqAccept/ ReqReject or SupAccept/SupReject or MgrAccept/MgrReject as “Y” or blank.
This way you acn achieve the workflow. Hope this helps.
