I am hoping someone will respond to this.
In my Company we have 50% Notes Users and 50% Outlook Users. I’ve been using the Newsletter summary agent in my DB’s for years and they work well, I am now having to include some people who are Outlook users, but they are complaining it doesn’t look very nice.
The small doclink which appears to the left of the summary for the Notes Client is a massive Icon within Outlook and then the content from the view (columns) are out of sync. I also see a long url blue link underneath all this.
Does anyone know how I can fix this for Outlook users? I cannot get away from fixing this somehow, and we have to keep Outlook.
If anyone has achieved this before, please let me know. I’d really appreciate it.
