Help-Missing Create->Mail->Memo option from my notes client

Hi,This should be a simple question, but I just can not find where can I make it work.

When we click Create from our notes client, we can see there are many options under it, one is Mail, so when I click Mail, then I can create Memo(or Reply,Reply with history…), notes gave us this option which allows user can lunch their notes mail from any notes project.

But one of my user, when she click that option of Mail, she got Not Available. In other words, so instead of showing the Memo,Reply… options, she got “Not Available” there.

I think there should be some where on her profile setup, but I just can not find it.

Anybody knows where can I make it avaialble?

Have you checked the location document to check that it is pointing to the correct mail server and mailfile?

For location document, do you mean the one one this path- File->Preference-Location Perference? I did check it with the uesr’s machine, there are many tabs over that profile document, some of them are not same with mine. But I can not change them just in case it affect other function.

Can you tell me which one will possible affect this problem?

Or this is not the location document you mentioned?

This is the right place. On the tab labeled “Servers” check that the full name of the mail server is entered, on the tab labeled “Mail” make sure that the first three entries are correct.

Yes, I do check these two tabs, the entries are correct and same as my location file,but she still have that problem.

Do you think there are any other places should I check it?

Well, basically, any setting, that would keep her from sending mail through the other available UI widgets (like QuickNotes on the welcome page or the button in the status bar) would qualify.

Do these work for her?

Not the problem is still there, so I think there should be somewhere else setup affect that function to show up.

any ideas except that location profile?
