Help Me..Please...! from Chinese attachments (Urgent)

Hi,

I am facing the problem with the chinese documents.

We have end users in all over world. We are facing the problem with chinese language.

We have some documents created using chinese font which contains attachments naming in chinese. But the values are displaying as boxes.

To display the values of those documents in chinese language, what I have to do.

And also I want to detach the attachments to local machine and zip them. Its not allowing to zip those files because of unknown language. its displaying as boxes.

Please help me its very urgent…Please…!

Do you have set your Notes-Client to “Enable Unicode Display”?

It is under

File->Preferences->User Preferences

Tab “Basics” Section “Additional Options”

Yes Enabled “Enable Unicode Display” in Notes.

So… does that mean you switched on unicode display in response to Walter’s suggestion, and this fixed the problem, or does it mean you already had unicode display on and the problem was happening anyway?
