At a random(?) interval the screen in Notes seems to refresh. At that moment it seems the screen “jumps” (like 3-10 times per minute)
Also if you are scrolling folders in the leftside menu and you have the folder tree expanded, after the “jump” the entire view is collapsed.
Also if you are reading eg. an email which has more data than fits on the screen, after every jump the view is scrolled up a bit.
This occurs on several pc’s and notebooks. I read about one guy who had the same on this forum he worked around by lowering the screen resolution… this does not help in our case 
The problem occurs with 8.0.1. as well.
These little probs are quite annoying, does anyone experience the same problem, is there a solution to this?
The only solution i have at the moment is running in basic mode…
