Hi all.
I need help because I have many users using many diferents mail accounts… and, obviously, they want to be notificated about all of them. One clue: I have created differents locations for each one, but they only receive the notification of the location is using. Is there any way to be notificated of incoming messages in all locations at the same time?

Have them use the portal (welcome database). There you can have the other email accounts be on the screen.
Locations docs will only work with one account.

Perhaps create a “new mail” agent in those secondary mailboxes to send a Link/Reminder email to their primary mailbox. This may not be practical if they need to switch ID’s before open the other mailbox and replying to those messages.
