Hi,In the Notes client. When I select the Help → Help Contents, nothing happens and Notes eventually closes.
It works fine for one of my clients but not for the other. Where is this info stored? Locally or on the IBM web site?
Any suggestions on how to get this help working gratefully received.

I am having the same issue. About half of my clients are experiencing the same thing.
When the effected client clicks on Help/Help Contents, the window will popup to a white screen, and then lock up the entire client. If they click Help/Search, the search pane loads and you can search, but as soon as you click to load a document the client locks up.
Installing FP3 did not change anything. Deleting the workspace folder seems to temporarily work, but as soon as you reboot the client again, it begins failing again.
I have opened a PMR, but we do not have a solution yet.
Did you ever find a solution to this? I will post what IBM and myself find regarding this.
